Take Charge America’s Kevin Hall named to University of Arizona’s SIFE Business Advisory Board
Phoenix, Ariz. (May 27, 2004)...Mike Hall, CEO and president of Arizona-based Take Charge America (TCA) is proud to announce that Kevin Hall, senior executive vice president, director of new accounts, has been selected to join the University of Arizona’s Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) Business Advisory Board for 2004-2005. “This is a great organization and I am honored that they have asked me to join their advisory board,” said Hall. “It is a wonderful opportunity to be able to lend my experience to a group of up-and-coming entrepreneurs.”
SIFE is an international not-for-profit organization that builds collegiate teams with the goal of teaching the principles of free enterprise through community outreach. SIFE members demonstrate their commitment to excellence in leadership, communication and partnership through community projects and competition. The University of Arizona chapter of SIFE has been a success since its inception in 1997. They have taken the title of champion at the regional finals every year and were first runner up in the national competition in 2003 and 2004. Take Charge America has been actively involved with UofA’s SIFE program by sponsoring its annual Duel in the Desert personal finances case study competition for the past two years. This is a national competition and the only one of its type through SIFE.
Hall has been involved in the credit and debt counseling industry for more than 15 years. He is on the board of directors of Take Charge America and is a member of its executive management team. He also is a member of Toastmasters, volunteers for the TCA program at Desert Winds Elementary School, and is a supporter of the Phoenix Boys Choir.
